Underground Rivers are like natural lazy rivers. There are places for snorkeling and beaches for relaxing. The setting is like a Mayan jungle and there's a Mayan village. There are places like the Aviary, Butterfly Pavilion, Sea Turtle Ponds, the Flamingo area, and the Jaguar Island like a zoo. On the other hand there are Natural Museum with the Garden of Orchids and Bromelias that feel like a botanical garden.

The evening Mexico Spectacular Show is a whole production with full performances reenacting key moments of Mexican history, and showcasing various music and dances in Mexico. The whole thing was like 2+ hours and it totally exceeded my expectations. It showed you how Mexican's rich culture came together from its history and, after all the songs and dances, the grand finale made you feel mesmerizing yet warm inside wondering if all cultures can exist peacefully yet each still with its uniqueness thriving.

The whole Xcaret Park experience is just one highlight after another! Trip taken in 2022.

Notice the amount of handshake in some footages... Learned the hard way about that unusual behaviour of GoPro's Hypersmooth when there's insufficient light. It's still a great action cam under bright daylight, and the underwater shots were pretty decent. Just need to watch out for the Hypersmooth quirks!
S9 is... outdated so I rest my case ;) I need to upgrade that hopefully soon. It's the only thing with some tele on me so forgive me for the zoomed-in footage quality lol. It's not like you can carry full gear into this theme park packed with water actions. It was raining and wet that day as well.
