Made with Simple summer ingredients, it’s very quick and easy to make. This meal require No or minimal cooking hence suitable to all the busy people & those who are new to cooking. This is my version of famous Dahi Poha, which is high in protein and fibre.

This 10 Minute meal is great for your gut Health. It’s Rich in many macro and micro nutrients like quality protein, fibre, vitamin B12, iron, calcium and so on.
