I recently had a fascinating conversation with a bar that wanted to add a unique twist to its cocktail menu. They wanted an ingredient that would truly set them apart. So I asked, why not create something unique by combining existing ingredients? In the bar world, this is known as batching, and it can transform a Cocktail menu with just 2-3 standout batches. I've done plenty of batching for menu creation before, but I realized I hadn't shared it in a video.
