This recipe for healthy and gluten free cookies is very easy and quick to prepare, you only need 3 ingredients. These vegan cookies are a healthy snack that you can take anywhere or eat at any time of the day.

Ingredients for 12 Gluten Free Sugar Free Apple Cookies
My measuring cup is 250 ml
1 cup of grated apple
1 Cup of Almonds or (1 ½ Cup of Almond Flour)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Preheat the oven 180 degrees
Cook approximately 10 minutes on one side and 5 minutes on the other side
Store in a closed container for approximately 3 days.
