The 1990s is a momentous time for Russia when it was picking itself up from the rubble of the Soviet Union. Many consider this to be the decade that failed to democratize Russia which caused it to fall into tyranny again. The Washington Post contributing editor and author of the book “The Oligarchs: Wealth and Power in the New Russia”, David Hoffman spoke with TV Rain's Ekaterina Kotrikadze about the point where it all went wrong for Russia.
