Here's what I found when tearing down my TD42T.
This engine is a bit of a mystery to me as I don't know the original vehicle it came out of. I have no information on KMs or age of the engine so a quick teardown was needed to inspect the engine and replace some leaky gaskets along the way.

I found a few major issues such as a damaged crank nose and blocked oil pickup. This lead me to decide on a full rebuild, requiring a full teardown.
Due to this, the disassembly order is a little strange as I only decided to teardown halfway through.
I also found that the Pistons, Rods, Crank and Head were all turbo spec and looked to be replaced somewhat recently. The fuel pump was a 10mm with no boost compensator and the oil pump and squirters were the smaller style. The engine code on the block is TD42- - - - C, if there's any TD Gurus out there that can shed some light on what I've got it'd be great to hear some info.

Hopefully this video is helpful to others looking to do the same or to see if its a job you can do yourself or if its best sent to a shop.
