Chingi Boy, former manager of Stivo Simple Boy, recently spoke about his tumultuous relationship with the artist and the reasons behind their split. The fallout was primarily due to financial disagreements and family interference. Chingi Boy claimed he invested significantly in Stivo's career, even selling family land to support the artist. Despite these efforts, he felt unappreciated and faced backlash from Stivo's family, who accused him of mismanagement and financial exploitation.

The situation worsened when Stivo collapsed on stage, prompting his family to demand that they take over his management. Chingi Boy also mentioned that he had to retrieve Stivo's social media accounts from the previous management at his own expense, and he requested KSh 150,000 from Stivo to release these accounts, which led to further conflicts.

Stivo has since created new social media handles and is currently managing himself. This change came after multiple management challenges, including an eviction from his Buruburu apartment due to unpaid rent, which forced him to move back to Kibera .Though they have finally come to an agreement and Chingi Boy returned the accounts to Stivo.
