This is a quick,tasty and filling meal. You can add a side of veggies if you like and it was a childhood favorite for me. The only thing different was they fried fatback and poured the salmon in that grease. I like it a lil more healthier now.

Recipe:

You can cook your rice or use the precooked recipe. Like minute rice.

1 can of pink salmon ( clean salmon 1st) you can remove the bones if you like.
Sauté 1/4 onion in a lil olive oil and 1/4
1/4 cut onion
Stick of butter. N
Next add salmon and break it up, if you like.
Season to your liking, them crack 2 eggs into the salmon.
Let cook for about 10 minutes.

Place it over some rice and enjoy!
