Who could've guessed that Simon Belmont from the Castlevania series would make an appearance in V Rising!? He's no pushover either with almost a dozen unique abilities. This encounter is going to keep you on your toes!

My video might not do it justice, but here's a rundown of all his abilities:
• Whips directly in front
• Whips in front, behind, and in front again
• Whips in front, which pulls you in for a follow up kick attack
• Spins his whip, blocking frontal attacks
• Throws a bottle that explodes and leaves fire on the ground. 3 more explosions follow around it
• Throws his axe straight at you. If the axe is not countered and doesn't hit a wall, it will boomerang around and can hit you multiple times
• Throws his axe into the air and lands where you're heading
• If you're far away, simon will leap at you, getting back in range
• He'll spin his whip around and cause a mighty tornado attack to all those in range
• He'll charge at you. You'll need to dodge or counter this. If you're hit, he'll usually follow up with the 3rd whip attack above
• At 50% He does a fiery whip tornado, burning the ground around him
• He gains a 3-whip attack that sets fire in front of him where his whip lands
• He now throws 3 axes (straight, left, then right)
• At 25%, he casts "Mending Cross" which shoots 4 beams of light. He heals during this ability, but if you break his shields before the ability ends, he'll be stunned
• After Mending Cross, rain of holy bolts will rain from the sky
