✅ Ingredients
Rice Flour 100 g
Tapioca Starch 100 g
Wheat Flour 50 g
Sugar 50 g
Vegetable oil (for frying)
Lime water 200 ml
Coconut milk 150 ml
1 egg
1 tablespoon vegetable oil for flour mix
1.5 teaspoon salt

✅ How to make
Put lime water, rice flour, tapioca starch, wheat flour. Mix well followed by eggs, salt, coconut milk, sugar, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and mixed well. Then filter with cheesecloth to make the dough texture fine.

We will gradually put white sesame seeds and black sesame seeds in the dough to be fried.

Next step set oil pan use a lot of oil to fry. Soak mold in the oil to warm it up before it is hot and wipe oil with the paper. Then dip the dough, about 80-90% of the mold, do not flood the mold. Then fly in pan. If you have 2-3 mold, it will fry faster.
