Hearty vegan meal recipe
►INGREDIENTS

Mushrooms 500 g. I prefer Agaricus bisporus (button mushroom).
Onion 200 g.
Carrot 300 g.
Bulgur 350 g.
Oriental spice mix (red pepper, basil, garlic, carrots, parsley) - 2 tablespoons.
Vegetable oil.
Water - just enough to cover the bulgur in a thin layer.
Salt and pepper.

►DIRECTIONS

Cut the mushrooms.
Fry a few mushrooms in vegetable oil until golden brown and set aside. We will decorate the dish with these mushrooms.
Fry the onion until golden brown, add carrots and all raw mushrooms.
Cook for 10 minutes then add salt to taste.
Add spices. My mix of spices includes dried bell peppers, parsley, basil, garlic, and carrots.

Add bulgur to the vegetables and mushrooms in the frying pan.

Pour in hot water so that it covers everything with a thin layer.

Cook covered over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Stir and decorate the dish in a plate with fried mushrooms and any fresh herbs.
