Hello Everyone,

Welcome to The Unplanned Way. Today we will be taking you to Kamshet located in Maharashtra. Kamshet from Mumbai is 110 km away while Kamshet from Pune is 45km.

The best time to visit Kamshet for some hidden waterfalls in Maharashtra is during monsoon from July till September. Amongst things to do in Kamshet during monsoons, trekking to waterfalls tops the list.

If you are looking for weekend getaways from Mumbai or Pune, you must visit Kamshet, Pune. A small piece of advice, please be very careful on this trek route to the waterfall as some patches are very slippery.

This spot in Kamshet truly felt like a perfect cinematic location. Kamshet paragliding is also popular in India. If you haven’t yet visited Kamshet, you must definitely plan a weekend getaway here.

Food Stalls- There is not much food stall/shacks near this spot. So make sure carry your own food and water.

Parking- Roadside parking is available.

It is a perfect spot to relish in the lush greenery and the pristine water that falls down from the high rocky hills. We were captivated by the landscapes. There is beauty everywhere you turn and the sound of gushing waterfalls.
