There are several categories of balcony rooms on the Jubilee. On deck 10 you will notice these balcony rooms are slightly larger, yet open balconies with a partial roof. Also in this video you will see a rather large balcony on the Aft-View Extended Balcony rooms. (This particular room in the video also happens to be a Fully Accessible stateroom).
