Undergraduate Internships – In the summer of 2023, the Department of Sustainable Bioproducts at Mississippi State University hosted 8 undergraduate interns from around the country, helping them gain valuable work experience in our labs. The Wood Identification Team at MSU was fortunate to work with Eric Brannon, an outstanding biology major and honors student from Alabama A&M University. In this short video, Eric shares his experience participating in the Research and Extension Experiences for Undergraduates (REEU) program sponsored by a generous grant from USDA-NIFA.
