Recording piano with Coles 4038 ribbon mics and Neve 1073 preamps.

A simple set up with the Coles on the stereo bar for an excellent stereo image in perfect phase. I added a fair amount of upper bids to get a brighter sound to fit the fun and energetic style of play for the song.

The acoustic baffles are in place to keep the sound tight and snappy. Without them there would've been too much room sound for the song.
