After I serviced the carburetor, I didn't forget to combine other techniques, such as resetting the valve gap and rubbing the CDI. Because the carburetor settings are difficult to get as desired, it turns out there are other causal factors. The valve gap is too tight and the CDI weakens. Full power = maximize carburetor settings & combine several techniques. After I combined several pad techniques, I finally found the right setting.
