This is a short time lapse film taken of the famous Christmas tree going up in Trafalgar Square, the Tree is a gift from the people of Norway, for the support they received during WWII. They have been sending a tree every year since 1947. The team working on installing the tree have been doing this for many years, so it is all happens like clockwork, the Cherry picker used on the job was a 34m Bronto, the tree this year was one of the largest ever received, at around 22m.
