Holiday months coming…

If you feel:
Puffy - Stay hydrated and sweat daily
Bloated - eliminate inflammatory foods and gluten
Tired/lacking energy – Go to bed earlier and prioritize sleep

*The body wants to heal itself, you have to be consistent with healthful behaviors to see the results!

Tips:
-You don’t necessarily need to buy expensive cleanses or supplements
-Focus on consuming foods rich in antioxidants; eat fresh, organic fruits and vegetables as most of your diet
-Eliminate seed oils and replace water when cooking or sauteing
-How food is cooked matters (ex. lightly steaming to retain nutrient content)
-Minimize fat intake and focus on whole foods that are nutrient but not calorie dense
-Skip on processed, fried, and refined foods, alcohol and desserts. This includes crackers, boxed cereals, store made dips, etc.
-Prepare on the go foods to remain successful (ex. Apple, banana, clean protein bar or powder)
-Get a blood test to see which nutrients you may be lacking and eat whole foods rich in those nutrients
