This song is called Late Night Appetite. It's about my journey with self- and formal-education -- yearning to understand the world, the mysteries of life, spending basically all of my free time dedicated to this task ... only to come to the realization that it's not possible for all of our collective questions to ever be answered, regardless of if we look to the past, present, or future. For me, that doesn't mean I'll stop trying to understand as much as I possibly can; rather, I might still be able to find a way to sleep at night knowing that I can't ever know it all.
