I realise that lots of this vlog isn’t very upbeat in parts but I wanted it to be as truthful as possible because OH MY GOD it is so hard to get holidays right when you have kids! It was a little too hot for them and, in all honesty, I didn’t really do enough research before booking. We hadn’t gone abroad with the kids since they were babies and I didn’t realise just how much you need to make sure there’s lots for them to do. Constantly! Next time they’ve requested “somewhere with a waterpark and a kids’ club” so I had better start looking…

We stayed on Lefkada at a villa booked via Oliver’s Travels. We flew to Preveza with BA. Lefkada had loads of beaches - our favourites were Porto Katsiki (mega busy but really beautiful) and Kathisma (lots of space). My favourite place to eat was Rachi restaurant - they also have a bar there, the views are incredible.
