The U.S. Army Band had the honor of performing with the 2019 Miss America, Nia Franklin. A talented vocalist, Miss Franklin joined us in performing “You Will Be Found,” a hopeful song from the Tony Award-winning musical “Dear Evan Hansen.”

Our Army is a beacon of hope for countless thousands, standing strong in the face of tyranny and oppression while giving purpose to Americans who are looking to make a difference. As Soldiers, they have become part of something greater than themselves, committing their lives to fulfill a simple promise- that wherever justice is threatened, they will be there to lend it strength.

It’s a promise made to each American that:
when the dark comes crashing through
and you need a friend to carry you
when you’re broken on the ground
You Will Be Found.
