As usual, here's a fun video I stitched together to summarize this project.

Took a short hiatus from rockets to brush up my UAV design skills. Managed to knock out this fun WichitaState-Boeing challenge with my solo-entry.

The score rewards number of target hits, quick manufacturing, low weight, and a judged “pretend mission”. The full results and teams list can be found on the website (https://www.wichita.edu/academics/eng...)

This fun project took 1.5 months of work on the side such as scoring analysis, sizing, layout design, iterations following aero + weights + stability analysis, prototyping, and test flights. Thankfully, my lightweight and maneuverable design managed to knock out the most hits of the day.
