In this video I'll show you how to perfectly prepare chicken breast so that it stays crispy on the outside and wonderfully tender on the inside. We use a special Korean ingredient - gochujang paste - which not only gives the meat excellent seasoning, but also ensures incomparable tenderness.

πŸ“‹ INGREDIENTS:
Meat:
β€’ 700 - 800 g chicken breast (24 - 28 oz)
β€’ 2 tsp salt
β€’ 2 tsp garlic powder
β€’ 2 tsp sweet paprika
β€’ 50 g corn starch (approx. 1/3 cup)

Sauce:
β€’ 50 ml soy sauce (approx. 1/4 cup)
β€’ 50 ml water (approx. 1/4 cup)
β€’ 1 tbsp honey
β€’ 1 tbsp Gochujang paste
β€’ 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
β€’ 1/2 cup paprika

Cucumbers:
β€’ 1 medium-sized cucumber
β€’ 20 ml soy sauce (approx. 1 1/3 tbsp)
β€’ 10 ml rice vinegar (approx. 2 tsp)
β€’ 1 tsp chili flakes
β€’ 1 tsp garlic powder
β€’ 1 tsp sesame seeds

Garnish:
