First of all, this video is just a motorcycle VLOG, which has no reference value for real estate investment and home ownership, and the views in it only represent my personal subjective judgment.
The reason I came to Princess Iskandar City on the outskirts of San Francisco was mainly to visit the most controversial real estate project in Malaysia, and even the world: Country Garden Forest City, San Francisco. Today I'm going to take you on a systematic tour of this place. This video may be the longest one in my history. It is divided into two parts. In the first 12 minutes, I will briefly introduce the origin of Forest City, the development history and the twists and turns and controversies experienced by friends who are not familiar with this project, and an evaluation of its current status on the media and the Internet. And some connection between the project and the new Second Home.
The second half, starting from the 12th minute, is the footage that I personally drove a motorcycle to Forest City for field investigation. More than 20 minutes of first view and drone footage show you the landscape and everyday life of this vast, magical and even mysterious residential complex on an ordinary working day in 2024.

What I saw: First of all, the living environment is good, real sea view homes, internal security, cleaning, property, sales, and even public transportation work is normal and good, to say that it is a ghost town is a bit strong. The whole area is well landscaped and landscaped

The environment is very quiet, suitable for those who like peace and quiet, but it is also a factor that many people fear, because the small number of people living in the house makes it very lonely and boring.

Although the building is very handsome and beautiful, it also practices the new concept of vertical greening, but because the entire area is too large, the floor density and height are very high, the experience may not be easy and comfortable

It is too far away from the center of Shinsan, there is no public transport, only by car. It took me about an hour by motorcycle, and that was without traffic
