Today I review the lumix g9 paired with the viltrox adapter and the canon ef 75-300 mm telephoto lens. I have had this lens for about 4 months now and there are a few things that I would like to tell you about before you decide to purchase this lens for your panasonic micro four thirds camera.

Personally, based on my own experience using this canon telephoto lens, this set up gets an " acceptable" rating. As you will be able see on the video, this lens lacks alot of sharpness, especially at between 200-300 mm range. It is also very slow to focus on far away subjects as well as lacks image stabilization, making it very difficult to record video at its full 300mm range.

My overall conclusion that based on its very affordable price, this lens could be a good backup lens to have, or it could do well for anyone who simply wants to have an inexpensive telephoto lens to use at family events or at kids sports games. I would not recommend this setup for anyone who is seriously considering about getting into professional wildlife photography or would like extremely sharp images. The set up is simply too slow, very noisy focus and considerably poor image quality.
