Hormone ball recipe:
(rough estimate of measurements)
-1/2 cup oat flour
-1 scoop protein powder (optional)
-1/3 cup peanut butter
-3 Tbsp flax meal
-3 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
-1 Tbsp maca powder
-3 Tbsp honey
-a dash of almond milk
-melted dark chocolate on top (optional)
