ماهي مهنة العريش وماهي ايضا مهنة القرقور؟
ولماذا الاهتمام من قبل بعض الاماراتيين بالحفاظ عليها وانعاشها من جديد؟
وهل تدعم الدولة هذا النوع من المشاريع؟
محاولة الاجابة على هذه الاسئلة وغيرها في حكاية " العريش والقرقور " من حكايات مع أكرم خزام على شاشة الحرة

يقضي معظم اوقاته في انعاش صناعة العريش وتجده في كل مكان من مدينة الشارقة منهمكا بإعادة هذه المهنة الى الاماراتيين.
في مقابل ذلك نجد من يشرف على صناعة القرقور ويتشبث في الحفاظ عليها في مواجهة اجهزة صيد الاسماك الحديثة.

What is El Arish profession and what is Alkerkor profession?
And why do some Emiratis care a lot to preserve those professions again?
Has the State support this type of projects?

He spends most of his time reviving El Arish industry and you can find him everywhere in the city of Sharjah busy reviving this profession.
On the other hand, we find those who oversee Al kerkor industry and cling to preserve them in the face of modern fishing devices.
