This is the famous organ solo from Joseph Haydn's Mass in B-Flat Major, Hob. XXII:7 "Missa Brevis Sancti Joannis de Deo"
I have decided to transcribe and play it on the clarinet. It has the perfect key for the Bb Clarinet and, honestly sound much better than an organ solo stop. It is a great addition to the limited clarinet-organ repertoire with solo voice. There is only a recently discovered Miserere by Donizetti that has a similar aria with clarinet.
