I remember a thing going around after the 2015 Italian Grand Prix about Hamilton being disqualified for running his tyres too low and the FIA knew about it. As evidenced by a transmission from Bonno saying he had to get a stomp on and to not discuss it.

Eventually, it turned out that the FIA was cool with it, because of the way Pirelli takes the pressures, and that is where they take things from, given that Pirelli has its own guidelines and stuff, while the FIA doesn't actually specify a minimum pressure outright in the rule book.

So, how did Hamilton get away with cheating then? Let's find out...
