This is how to change the time on a Japanese Internavi stereo where the time is set by the GPS. There are no default options where you can do this, you need to get to the secret menus.
Note - Everyone keeps asking but you CANT change the language. You need to buy a new headunit if you want a different language.
All credit for finding these secret menus goes to Sopheak Hean :)
The car in this video is a 2007 Honda Civic FD2 Type R. But this method will hopefully work for any Internavi that looks like this.
Apologies for the sound quality, just discovered when I made this video that my new phone has a problem with the mic when recording videos.
Also I have confirmed that you can turn on the reversing camera with this method while driving :)
I no longer have this Type R, I now have a Japanese Golf R32, the stereo in this car has an option for language in the settings ! Imagine that.
Honda, take note.
