I spoke with Ffion on Monday about her experiences on the STP so far! She’s a 2nd year Cardiac Science trainee, who came onto the programme after completing the cardiac based PTP (also a NSHCS programme). It was useful to hear about how the Welsh application differed to the English one, although with the recent changes they now sound quite similar. Cardiac sounds like such a varied specialism, it was so interesting to hear about all the places she may be working depending on the day!
