The Canterbury is not available in a midsize bible, and it is only available in KJV. The NKJV Sovereign is newly released and the KJV Sovereign was released about a year ago. There is now not only a cost effective bible for those who love drop caps, the Psalms in single column (Sovereign also includes Proverbs) while having everything else in double column, but a midsized option as well. The Sovereign has a 9.5 font (reads larger) while the Personal Size Canterbury has an 8.5 font (reads smaller), and the Full Size Canterbury has an 11pt font.
So not only did Thomas Nelson meet a need for those wanting a middle sized bible, but they also give you a beautiful layout with another translation option other than the KJV. All this for well below $100 for the Genuine Leather, and under $40 for the economy covers.
