Great food from Spain is something I just cannot say No to.

La National Restaurant has been around for over 150 years and that say a lot. The restaurant is the definition of an institution. I has history, a great foundation, amazing food, ambience and more.

Chef Paco is amazing. He was so generous with his time and I really have an an appreciation for his Valencia style paella. Overall this was so much fun. I hope everyone can try this at home.
