Off season sri pada hiking is a completely different wonderful experience. It is more wonderful if you go in rainy season. Many of waterfalls activate with rain and at the ''mahagiridambe'' the water flow along the staircases is create an amazing scenery. Path is invaded by green and many of animals are claimed there territories. So beware of wild animals like snakes, bores, and leopards.
My journey was through heavy rain and you can sea most of above experiences in the video. There are 3 main paths to sri pada. Rathnapura palabaddala path , Kuruwita erathna path and Hatton nallathanni path. This hike was through hatton nallathanni.
