Sastojci- ingreadients
900 gr brasna- all purpose flour
1 vr suhog kvasca- dry yeast (7 g)
2 zl secera- tbs sugar
3 zl bijelog sirceta- white vine vinegar
1 dcl ulja- oil
250 ml toplog mlijeka- warm milk
250 ml tople vode- warm water
50-100 gr maslaca za premazivanej- butter for coating
Mix all ingreadients, than leave to rest about 10 min, then mix again. Leave to rise for min 1 hour.
Until doubled in size.
Bake at 180* for 18 min
When baked gently brush with mixture of 1dcl warm watter and little bit of sunflower oil.
