The Matter smart home standard was officially released on November 3rd in Amsterdam and with that release, we got official announcements from many of the Connectivity Standards Alliance members that have been working on this smart home standard for the last 3 years.

Amazon announced 17 of their Echo speakers and smart displays will get a Matter over WiFi update this year, but they have 30 speakers available today. Aqara is updating their M2 hub, but they have many more. Tuya is able to certify Matter devices, and will do over 200 this year.
