Ingredients:
For Fry Chicken:
Boneless chicken 1.5 kg
1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of black pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp red chilly sauce
2 tsp white vinegar
1/2 cup of water
4 tsp of cornflour
4 tsp of maida
1 egg
Ginger Garlic Paste.

For Chicken Chilly Masala:
2 tbsp of oil
2tsp of chopped ginger
2tsp of chopped garlic
red bell pepper
green bell pepper
onions
7-8 green chilly
1tsp of black pepper
salt to taste
spring onions
