We want to present you a contemporary residence located in the middle of nature or in the hills of Perugia. This house was built by Zucchetti Architetture, who wanted to camouflage the project by following the slope of the hill, taking advantage of the wide view over the valley and Lake Trasimeno.

To lighten this large roof it was thought detached from the ground across
two large side windows of two and a half meters in height, which allow in the light
transversal to enter and illuminate the interiors.

The terrace is a slab of 160 square meters totally overhanging towards the valley
composed of steel truss beams tied together through their connections.

Even if the difficulties and constraints could have been many, the project was completed maintaining its uniqueness without renouncing the contemporaneity.
