In Part 2 of this series, I'll share about another aspect of working with my registered dietician -- supplements! Supplements aren't inherently good or bad, but in this video I'll share the information I wished I had before venturing into that territory. I wasted a lot of money on supplements that did nothing and hopefully this will help you be a bit more skeptical than I was in this process.

As a reminder, I am not a medical professional or registered dietician. These are my personal experiences and you should talk to a medical professional to get the support you need.
