【2024祇園祭】【4K動画】祇園祭の前祭（さきまつり）の山鉾巡行（7月17日）を前に、組み上がった山鉾を動かす「曳き初め（ひきぞめ）」が2024年7月12日の午後、京都市内の中心部で始まった。「エンヤラヤー」のかけ声に合わせ、巨大な車輪をきしませて雨上がりの四条通や室町通を進んだ。
