VANILLA OATMEAL COOKIES

Ingredients

¾ cup Pro V Fusion Vanilla Delight Trail Mix
½ cup oats powder
¼ cup oats
2 tbsps flax seeds powder
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup powdered sugar
¾ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp cinnamon powder
½ tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsps milk
½ cup white chocolate chips

Method

1. Preheat the oven at 180⁰C.
2. Add ½ cup water to flax seeds powder and mix well. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.
3. Chop Pro V Fusion Vanilla Delight Trail Mix roughly.
4. Take peanut butter in a bowl. Add powdered sugar and mix well.
5. Add oats powder, baking powder and oats, cinnamon powder, vanilla essence, milk, white chocolate chips, flax seeds mixture and mix well.
6. Add Pro V Fusion Vanilla Delight Trail Mix and mix well.
7. Line a baking tray with a silicon sheet. Divide the cookie mixture into equal portions and roll into balls.
8. Flatten each ball and arrange on the baking tray. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
9. Allow to cool and serve.
