Fun day speaking and teaching frisbee to more than 350 students from Kindergarten to Grade 8 at George Lee Elementary School!

During the assembly, my main message of "Best Effort Always" included messages about physical literacy, resiliency, kindness, and self-awareness.

During the workshops, they learned all about disc golf, ultimate, and freestyle.

Huge shout out to Zander and Noah from Grade 7 who set the school record with 145 catches in a row without a drop!
