Cách Nấu BAK KUT TEH Malaysia Thơm Ngon Tại Nhà
BAKKUTTEH (PORK RIBS SOUP)
INGREDIENTS:
- 900g pork ribs
- 1 bakkutteh package
- 100g garlic
- 4 piece of tofu
- 100g flat tofu
- 50g pepper
- Bok choy
- Spices: salt, oil, soysauce.
- 2.2 – 2.5 lit of water.

RECIPE:
- Boil pork ribs to clean it.
- Fry pepper in 3 minutes.
- Use a big pot and pour about 2.2 – 2.5 lit of water. Cook with high fire and pour 1tbsp oil inside. Then put garlic and pepper into that pot. Then put all pork ribs into the pot. Cook with small fire and remember to remove residue and bubbles (to make the soup clear). Cook about 30minutes without cover pot.
- Fry tofu to make it crispy and flat tofu
- When the pork ribs soft, we taste wwith salt, soy sauce.
- Boil bok choy with oil and little bit salt.
- Pour all fried tofu and flat tofu into the soup pot.
- Eat with rice or noodles and bok choy or salad.
