This is a very detailed and well explained video on the basics of Shorba and my recipe for Makai Badam Shorba. This is a very easy yet flavourful recipe and has uniquely sweet flavors of reduced milk and corn.

Ingredients:
1 cup Corn
15-20 Almond
1 Bay Leaf
2 Cardamom
1 Clove
1-2 Green Chillis
500 ml Milk
1 tbsp oil
20gm Butter
1 tbsp Sugar
Salt to taste

Method:

In a pan heat oil and butter and put the whole spices.
Now add corn kernels and saute well, to it add almond paste and cook for 5 min.
Now add milk and season with salt and sugar and allow the milk to reduce.
Blend the mixture and stain well.
Give one final boil to the strained liquid and serve hot with a lemon wedge.
