There is a garbage dump on a huge plot of land near Melbourne. Like any landfill, the large plot of land is covered with tall piles of household garbage. There are flocks of birds circling over the huge piles. There are no people here. But in May 2004, hundreds of police officers dig through the garbage. It looks like a scene from a movie about the apocalypse...
