A 600km alleycat over a couple of mountains from Munich to Venice, this is Rad Race Tour de Friends... and one of us is doing it on a hand bike.

Everything hurts from head to toe. Tension, sweat, fatigue. Blisters on the feet. On the summit it is 9 °, down in the valley 40 °. The thighs burst. You can not breathe anymore. You puke into the abyss and freeze on the summits to death, but you celebrate the descent to the last meter.
