This is how to make a chopped cheese sandwich on the blackstone griddle. This isn’t an authentic Harlem chopped cheese so I don’t know if I can call this a chopped cheese since I used different ingredients so maybe we can call this the Midwest Chopped Cheese? Either way it was an Amazing blackstone griddle recipe and this might be the best sandwich I’ve ever made. The way the beef, veggies and cheese all come together with that adobo seasoning was to good! I wasn’t able to find the “right” roll for this but it still turned out great and the spicy Mayo on the toasted roll!! Wrapping it up after you build it was a key part to hold everything together and made for a great presentation. Hope you liked it and let me know what you would change if you were making this yourself.
2 ground beef patties or smash patties
Adobo seasoning
1/4 onion chopped
Serrano pepper chopped
Tomato slices seasoned with black pepper and adobo
Mayo with Sriracha to taste
Ketchup
Lettuce
