In this video we making best and healthy aloo samosa in mud tandoor . Samosa is world famous with various names and and different fillings and on basis of being prepared with different recipes. most common and popular samosa is potato filling with lots of spices and deep fried in oil called called aloo samosa in India.
In this village life cooking video log we are making tandoori samosa with boiled potato and some other fillings lightly fried on tawa to develop proper traditional and conventional street samosa aroma and flavour in the filling of this aloo samosa .We are baking these aloo samosa in mud tandoor to get very unique texture and crunch in crust in samosas. This samosa is way more healthy and delicious than other deep fried samosas due to it's baking process in tandoor. This recipe of tandoori samosa takes less oil and ghee .And it is properly baked in retained heat inside the tandoor
after 20-30 minutes of baking hot ,crisp and crunchy samosa are ready to serve with home made chutneys .
This is a complete whole family treat any time of the day these samosas burst your taste buds with their amazing crisp and crunchy crust and potato filling.
