On November 9, the Nagaland Assembly House passed Nagaland Municipal Act 2023 to hold Urban Local Bodies (ULB) election along with 33% reservation for women at 39 Urban Local Bodies - 36 Town Council and 3 Municipal Council. Nagaland is going to witness the ULB election on June 26 after almost two decades.
