In today's recipe, we're putting a healthy twist on a classic favorite by using bulgur instead of the traditional ingredients to make Upma. Bulgur, a whole grain made from cracked wheat, is rich in vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Fiber-rich foods like bulgur can help reduce the risk of chronic diseases, support weight loss, and improve digestion and gut health. Simple and healthy grains that are high in protein and low in sugar.

To enhance the nutritional value, we've added a variety of colorful vegetables, each bringing its own unique benefits. For an extra boost of protein and a delightful crunch, we've included roasted peanuts and cashew nuts.

Ghee – 1/2tsp
Oil – 1tbsp
Dry red chilli – 2
Bengal gram – 1tbsp
Urad dal – 1/2tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2tsp
Mustard seeds – 1/2tsp
Onion – 1 medium
Chopped ginger – 2tsp
Green chilli – 3
Curry leaves – 15-17
Carrot – 1
Caulifower – 3 florets
Green peas – 1 small bowl
Salt
Black pepper powder -1/2tsp
Cashew nuts
Peanuts
OPTIONAL -
Lemon juice
Chopped coriander
